This policy explains how Plast Industry EOOD processes the personal data you send us through the inquiry form on this site. The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Plast Industry EOOD, Stamboliyski, Bulgaria. For any question about your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you enter in the inquiry form yourself: name, company, email address, phone, country, together with the technical product parameters, the quantity and the free text of your message. We collect no payment data and require no registration.
Why we process it
The sole purpose is to review your enquiry, prepare an offer and contact you about it. We do not use your data for marketing and we send no newsletters. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, together with the explicit consent you give when submitting the form.
Who has access to it
Your enquiry is handled by two providers acting as processors on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting and storage of the enquiry until it is delivered; and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — delivery of the email to our mailbox, with data centres in the European Union. We have data processing agreements in place with both. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are stored for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. Should your enquiry lead to a commercial relationship, the related correspondence is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
How we protect it
The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The enquiry is stored in Cloudflare’s database and is accessible only to our staff. The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. To limit abuse we also keep a short-lived request counter (a few hours at most); the IP address is recorded only as an irreversible cryptographic hash, never as the address itself.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
